In addition to owning Infinity Property Rentals and Rehabs, Joey and Patrick are the owner of Handouts, a full-service marketing company that has served clients for over 30 years. With Joey's expertise in marketing, graphic design, printing & mailing services, promotional products, and website design & hosting, Joey brings a creative and strategic edge to the business. Her marketing knowledge plays a key role in positioning properties and services for maximum impact.
Patrick White
With a real estate license spanning 46 years, Patrick has built a well-rounded career in both residential and commercial financing. He has worked as a mortgage loan officer and manager, and has an extensive background in building material sales, working directly with builders, contractors, and lumber yards across Northeast Ohio. His experience as a construction estimator further strengthens the team’s ability to plan and execute cost-effective, high-quality projects.
